We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Site Supervisor to join our team and take responsibility for ensuring the school premises are safe, secure, clean and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that all internal and external areas of the school premises are secure, clean, safe and well maintained.
• Carrying out semi-skilled building repairs and general maintenance tasks as required.
• Scheduling, coordinating and monitoring contractors and maintenance work on site.
• Taking a leading role in maintaining and updating health and safety records and documentation.
• Supporting cleaning staff to ensure cleaning duties are carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard, with the appropriate resources and equipment.
• Undertaking minor decorating projects, repairs and improvements around the school.
• Installing and maintaining fixtures, fittings and other equipment as required.
• Responding proactively to maintenance issues and ensuring that the school environment remains safe, welcoming and fit for purpose.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a practical and proactive approach, and is committed to maintaining a high standard across the school premises.
